Inspection Agreement The State of Illinois, Office of Banking and Real Estate (68 ILL. Admin. Code 1410.200[d]) requires that a written agreement be signed that outlines the purpose, exclusions and limitations involved in a professional home inspection. Please review the American Home Inspectors, LTD. Agreement. The Inspection Agreement must be signed and darted prior to the start of the inspection. You may sign, date and fax back the Inspection Agreement prior to the date of the inspection, or sign the Inspection Agreement at the inspection site before we commence the inspection process.
